This website is operated by Pandhal Global Gourmet Private Limited ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and you get an order number starting with PDB. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we cannot fulfil it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Products

Photos are for illustration. Packaging and individual items may vary slightly. The box contains nuts, wheat, dairy and sugar, and is made in a kitchen that handles other allergens. Please check before gifting to someone with allergies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala.
