Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until your order is marked Packed. Call CHANGE_ME – +91 XXXXX XXXXX or email orders@pandhalcakeshop.in with your order number. Because the box contains fresh food made to order, we can't accept cancellations once it has been packed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your box arrives damaged or with an item missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the item or refund its value.

Orders we can't fulfil

If we are unable to deliver your order for any reason on our side, we'll refund the full amount.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
