The Pandhal Diwali Box is delivered by Pandhal Global Gourmet Private Limited.

Where we deliver

CHANGE_ME – e.g. Delivered across Kochi and Ernakulam district We check your pincode at checkout. If we can't deliver to it, you won't be able to place the order.

When we deliver

CHANGE_ME – e.g. Delivered between 1 and 7 November We prepare boxes in the order they are received. Delivery dates are estimates and can shift during the festival rush; we'll keep you updated by email and on the tracking page.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

If nobody is home

Our delivery team will call the recipient's number. If the box can't be delivered after two attempts, we'll contact you to arrange a new time. Re-delivery may be charged if the address or phone number given was incorrect.
